Growth, determination and hard work are just some of things which have driven Baxter Personnel to great success so far this year, on the back of last years accomplishments.
Already in 2015, Baxter Personnel have moved their Head Office function to its own separate location, breaking away from the Darlington branch enabling them to expand and grow into new pastures and allow for further projects and a stronger business model. This has resulted in the original Darlington office, based in the town centre, becoming its own standalone branch.
Also in April, Baxter Personnel launched a new branch location in Thirsk due to an increase in work placements, and the solid relationships the company has made with clients in the North Yorkshire area. The Thirsk branch is the third Baxter Personnel branch to open, alongside our other branches, based in Darlington and Barnsley, who continue to develop and drive success in other regions.
Due to the growth of the business, Baxter Personnel have also had the opportunity to employ further internal staff and create new roles within the business at its new head office and in branches. These roles offer support to their existing teams, as well as their clients, and will help to drive further success and support moving forward.
Last year Baxter Personnel were given the opportunity to work with a number of high profile clients, including Aldi. This has given the company new experience and skills to be able to develop a new business model to tackle large scale recruitment projects. Being a generalist agency, also gives Baxter Personnel the flexibility to recruit in a vast range of industries and sectors allowing them to offer clients a range of options when recruiting on a larger scale.
Over the last year, the company’s sales figures have dramatically increased due to the growth and success of the business. For instance, their like for like sale figures have increased by a staggering +121% since last year. The current number temporary workers employed by Baxter Personnel are also +195% up on last year. Baxter Personnel ‘s temporary staff have also worked +226% hours more than this time last year, giving the company a huge boost in income.

Moving forward in 2015, Baxter Personnel are expanding out even further this year, by creating a brand new walk-in branch in Middlesbrough. Managing Director, Andrew Harrow is delighted to be moving back to his Teesside roots, a place where he began his career in the recruitment industry. The Middlesbrough economy is also on the up and Baxter Personnel are looking forward to being part of it.
The Middlesbrough branch will also create several new jobs internally as well, such as a Branch Manager and a team of dedicated recruitment consultants.
In the latter part of this year, Baxter Personnel will re-launch their website combining the changes to the companies branding as well as reflect the new business model. The new website will be designed to offer a professional, high quality user experience for both potential candidates and clients alike making the recruitment process smoother and more efficient for all involved.
