Excitement is building at Baxter Personnel this week as our head office team fly the nest and move into our brand new head office location over Easter, leaving our Darlington, Blackwellgate location as a further standalone recruitment branch.
This really does reflect what a fantastic year we had in 2014 and the success as we continue to grow well into 2015!
Managing Director Andrew Harrow said: "This is a defining moment for the business. We now have recruitment products and a business model in place that has been tried and tested which we can roll out right across the region from our new state of the art head office."
This is a proud moment for Andrew, who said his plan when he bought and took over the business in 2010, was primarily to create opportunities for members of staff to grow into whilst expanding the businesses’ branch network.
"The business model that has been introduced, has been tried and tested already in our Darlington, Barnsley and Thirsk branches. This can now be replicated in as many locations as we like, expanding the business and creating opportunities for our current team, as well as other potential employees as the business grows."
"The new head office was put in place to expand the branch network regionally to create even more opportunities for people. This includes a brand new training area to help our staff progress, develop and learn new skills within the business itself, as well as in the recruitment sector. As well as this, the new head office will house our project teams enabling us to manage high volume national recruitment campaigns from a local office location."
Andrew Harrow would like to personally thank anyone who has been a part of Baxter Personnel or worked with the business in any capacity since 2010 which has helped us get to where we are now. We have come a long way, and this is just the start...
