I have come from an in-house recruitment role where I worked for a large Surrey based company. I successfully recruited for many key accounts including global brands such as Nestle and Vodafone. Providing the right people quickly was essential to the business and I often used recruitment agencies to assist me in difficult to fill areas. I feel this insight gives me the ability to really understand what businesses need and want from a recruitment service as I have experienced both sides of the recruitment process.

My ambition is to be the best Recruitment Consultant in Darlington and to develop strong client relations as a result of my hard work, loyalty and work ethic."
