Baxter Personnel Are Premier League!

After an incredibly momentous 98 minute match on Saturday 7th May, Middlesbrough Football Club finally reached promotion back into the premier league once again.

Baxter Personnel first became an Official Gold Partner of Middlesbrough Football Club in October 2015, just after the company launched their Middlesbrough recruitment branch as part of Middlesbrough’s Boho Zone. Baxter’s saw this as a fantastic opportunity to build upon their existing relationship with the club as well as gain further exposure and networking opportunities through the new partnership, connecting with other people and business in the region.

The generalist recruiter will be continuing their Gold Partnership with Middlesbrough FC into the new season at Premiership level, where both the Middlesbrough Football Club, and Baxter Personnel can benefit from more coverage, exposure and further developing a relationship together, as they both experience growth and expansion through their own individual success.

Rachel Little, Marketing Co-Ordinator for Baxter Personnel said “The Gold Partnership has so far given us some fantastic opportunities to build a strong relationship with Middlesbrough Football Club, as well as a lot of other businesses associated with the club, and across the Teesside region.”

“Our LED perimeter advert has been spotted on a few occasions on Sky Sports at some of the matches. It’s fantastic for us to get some national coverage, as well as locally with the people of Teesside at the match itself, and to be recognised as an established recruitment brand.”

From early 2016, Baxter Personnel have productively worked with MFC on several recruitment campaigns, including a Managed Service recruitment to find the club a permanent Operational Accountant, as well as over 70 temporary on going contracts for bar and waiting staff as the season became busier towards its peak time.

The company plans to continue building their relationship with the club and will continue to aid their recruitment processes well into the 2016/17 season as Middlesbrough FC create further roles and opportunities as they head into the premier league, as part of their £170 million promotion.
