Training continues at Aldi...

We catch up with Lisa Marsh on how her week went last week at Aldi Goldthorpe and here is what she had to say:

"So far, all the new recruits are really enjoying their roles at Aldi Goldthorpe. Although we are still training over in Darlington, this week we have been getting really involved in a more hands on approach to the training and getting stuck into learning the positions we will be taking on when we are back at the Goldthorpe distribution centre. All the Darlington Aldi employees that are talking us through our training have been so helpful and we are all getting the hang of it now. The new team of trainee warehouse operatives have already formed such a great bond, we all progressing well. It is great to be part of a company where everyone sticks together and helps each other working as a team. I am thoroughly enjoying my training and learning new things every day."
