Baxter Personnel have smashed it once again, in a ground breaking year for the company as they successfully secure yet another large-scale recruitment project with the ever expanding retail giant, Aldi. The recruitment agency will be responsible for supplying staff to the supermarket’s new Regional Distribution Centre based in Cardiff. The development will be a huge boost for the South Wales economy, as hundreds of jobs are set to be created.
The recruitment process will begin early 2016, when Baxter Personnel will be looking to recruit the first group of candidates for Aldi, starting with the commercial recruitment, allowing Aldi to train staff for up to 12 months prior to the new distribution centre opening. As well as the commercial recruitment, they will also be recruiting for hundreds of warehouse and logistics positions in preparation for the Regional Distribution Centre officially opening its doors in 2017.
