Phone Line Issues

Baxter Personnel are aware that we are currently having some major issues with our telephone lines. We have found that due to a technical issue, around 10% of our calls are being re-directed or not getting through at all.

If you are continually having problems connecting, please contact us through our enquiries form on the website, or alternatively you can email us at and we will get a consultant to call you back as soon as possible.

At this stage we would like to re-assure you we are doing everything possible to try and resolve this problem as soon as we can with our providers. However, we know this can be frustrating so we would like to thank you for your patience and if you are having problems getting through, please do keep trying our lines as this is an intermittent issue.
